This website is developed for educational purpose to serve the scientific community with basics of computational fluid dynamics and related research work done by Dr. Panchatcharam Mariappan, Assistant Professor, Department of Mathematics and Statistics, IIT Tirupati, India. Programming Laboratory. This course aims to solve Laplace and Poisson Equation using Finite Difference Method. Students learn the basics of C++, Python and Matlab. At the end of the course, they must solve Laplace equation using FDM.

Partial Differential Equations: This course enhances your knowledge of PDE with different theorems and rigorous proof.
Differential Equations for Engineers: This course provides the basic knowledge of ODE and PDE with a main focus of problem solving.

Lattice Boltzmann Method: Our lab concentrates on HyperSonic LBM develop new methods to solve hyperbolic problems.
Vector Finite Element Method: Our lab concentrates on solving Maxwell’s equation using VFEM which in turn helps to solve bioheat equation.
Finite Pointset Method: Our researchers focus on solving haemodynamics FSI problems using FPM.
